As advisors, we structured financing to complete the project that included a Project Agreement with Bosa Properties Inc., Deposit Insurance Financing, Mezzanine Financing and Construction Financing. In addition, we assisted in the negotiations with existing creditors and arranged DIP Financing to complete the parkade allowing the project to emerge from CCAA.
